Man, the vibe here was dope. The staff was hella friendly, makin' sure I was straight. And yo, it's just a quick walk to the mall. My room was comfy, but that breakfast? Coulda been better, fam. They really need to step it up with the food options.

The room was brand-new and the stuff was outstandingly accommodating! Great location to San Jose New Market. Just off mall and main road and Robinson's shopping centre and Robinson's Palawan.

The hotel was fairly clean. The location was marvellous, next to the shopping mall as well as the main attraction. Lucky that it was just a short stroll away from L'ostellino, offering food to go.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

disappointing staff

poor amenities

I was shocked that my room didnt have a closet for my bags, just an old metal hanger! The staff barely looked alive, probably glued to their phones. As a civilized guest, I expected a welcome gift or something to acknowledge my stay, but who am I kidding? My request fell on deaf ears. This was ultimately disappointing.

Absolutely great and simple hotel, I truly enjoyed it. The staff was courteous and nice and gave me recommendations. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was beautiful. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The property had great and unbeatable location next to the malls and the airport, and Robinson's shopping centre. It also was perfect next to shopping center.
